Brian Dougherty is a long time Silicon Valley entrepreneur. He is a founder and former VP of Engineering at Imagic, a pioneering video game company that went from $0 to $80 million in 18 months. He left Imagic to found Geoworks, an innovative software company that over Mr. Dougherty's 12 year tenure as CEO developed graphical operating systems and applications for the Apple II, Commodore 64, and IBM PC, PDAs, and mobile phones. Geoworks achieved a public market value of $1.3 billion before Brian left to form his next venture, Wink Communications. Wink's servers deliver interactive applications synchronized with program and advertising content to over 10 million cable and satellite set-top boxes running Wink's interactive client .Mr. Dougherty also serves on a number of public and private technology company boards.
